About Hakika Match
Hakika Match provides a biometrics electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC) service that offers identity verification, authorization synthesis, and data provisioning.
The software achieves these through biometrics capture with liveness check, and interaction with National Registration Bureau for matching against the national biometrics database.

Scan your face for verification
To verify that it is you, you are required to scan your face or fingerprint with your phone camera. The app will the verify your biometrics relying on government records.
If you are unable to scan your face or fingerprints, you can use the assisted activation route to activate your digital ID.
How it Works
Login
After being onboarded as ann agent, login to your account access your pending requests or verify a customer.
Capture Biometric
Customer places their hand on the scanner and or has their photo taken by a camera.
Verify
The bio metrics data captured is run through various databases to verify the customer’s identity.
Access to Service
Customer is then given access to their requested service upon verification of their identity.
